FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: the innovation deals with preparing feedstuffs out of plant products. The method includes disintegration of plants' green mass, its division into pulp and green juice, portion supply of green juice into a storage, then it is supplemented with a coagulant as the mixture consisted of a mother liquor of lactic-acid bacteria and a liquid sugarcontaining product, for example, molasses or a syrup. As a conservant one should use the benzoic acid at the following ratio of components, weight%: a mother liquor of lactic-acid bacteria 0.5-1.5, a liquid sugar-containing product 1.0-2.0, benzoic acid 0.1-0.5, juice- the rest. Brown-colored juice is completely removed and vegetable oil is supplemented to form a layer of 2-10 mm above the product. The method enables to increase a product's output due to more complete deposition and storage terms of protein-vitamin additive. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 tbl
