FIELD: medicine, in particular, walking facilitating equipment. SUBSTANCE: crutch has pole, cross-piece for armpit, hand arm attached to pole mid portion, and rubber tip. Arm has semicircular section with convex portion oriented downward and is provided with microporous rubber plate positioned in upper part of arm and having width continuously narrowing to ends thereof. Plate upper side edges are made rounded. Plate and arm junction surfaces are made flat and are connected with one another by gluing. Tips are made hollow, with spherical air chamber and grooves in their lower part. Crutches of such construction allow skin surface and soft tissues of user's hands to be prevented from damage and impact loads to shoulder girdle during walking to be reduced due to plastic deformation of crutch arm working surfaces in the process of interaction of these surfaces with hands and of tips with ground surface.
