FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: device has multilumen body having external tube and a structure mounted inside and reducing device lumen. The internal structure is optionally represented by internal tube. The external tube and internal structure are disposed in a way to reduce at least one additional lumen positioned between internal surface of the external tube and external surface of the internal tube. Design versions involve availability of flexible internal tubes that are bendable between relaxed and dilated/contracted states causing device cross-section area and additional lumen areas to vary. The device also has valve enabling tight sealing of device lumen. The valve is optionally available in connection casing lumen or is separated from the casing and fixed or detachable in device lumen. The device is alternatingly introducible through the valve giving entrance to an ordinary inlet device. The valve is optionally molded separately as rigid insert retainable in cavity formed in flexible connection casing.
