SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel forms of 4-hydroxy-a'-[[[6-(4-phenylbutoxy)hexyl] amino] methyl] -1,3-benzene-dimethanol 1-hydroxy-2-naphthalene carboxylate (hydroxynaphthoate) salt showing effect of β-adrenoreceptor as medicinal form for inhalation or insufflation. Indicated forms can be used in treatment of respiratory sicknesses associated with reversible obstruction of respiratory way, for example, asthma or chronic bronchitis. Indicated salt shows form of spheric aggregations of crystals being these spheric aggregations are friable, crumbling and can be ground superfinely and they have aerated volume density 0,2-0,5g/ml, gluing capacity 0-20% and compressibility 5-25%. Spheric aggregations of microcrystals have as a rule mean particles size 70-300 mcm but preferably 100-200 mcm, mean surface square is 4-12 m2/g but preferably 6-10 m2/g, distribution of particles size is from 100 to 1000 mcm, aerated volume density is 0,3-0,4 g/ml, gluing capacity is 0-5%, uniformity coefficient is from 1 to 5 but preferable about 3, angle of repose is 25-50° but preferable 40-50° and compressibility is 8-20%. Usually spheric aggregations of microcrystals involve thin crystalline plates arranged radially around central core or emptiness.
