FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to starter-generator plants of vehicles powered by internal combustion engines. Proposed starter-generator comprises inverted noncontact electric machine whose stator is rigidly connected with housing of internal combustion engine through first structural member, and ring-shaped rotor secured inside space of second structural member from side of larger diameter is rigidly connected with seat surface of antifriction bearing. Second structural member is made rectangular in section, with-out side of first structural member, and it is connected with crankshaft of internal combustion engine through third structural member and with inner seat surface of antifriction bearing, outer seat surface of said bearing being rigidly connected with stator of electric machine. Third structural member is made in form of disk rigidly connected with outer side surface of second structural member and is provided with several fastening holes in central part for mechanically coupling second structural member with end face surface of nose of internal combustion engine shaft by means of fasteners with damping spacers. EFFECT: optimization of utilization of overall power of electric machine owing to decrease of air gap value. 2 cl, 1 dwg
