FIELD: electronic devices for high-voltage switches, modulators, converters; secondary power supplies for radio and electronic devices. SUBSTANCE: cathode-ray lamp that has optoelectronic system incorporating multiple-beam cathode assembled of ribbon-type cathodes, cylindrical accelerating and shielding electrodes provided with shaped ports, anode, and set of current leads; novelty is that ribbon-type cathodes are secured on bushing inserted in multiple- beam cathode and positioned strictly along its generating lines; one end of each ribbon-type cathode is free to displace in longitudinal direction. In addition forming electrode of lamp is made in the form of cylinder enclosing multiple-beam cathode bushing that has ports for respective cathodes; all electrodes of optoelectronic system are fixed on one end on central tube of lamp, they are free to move in longitudinal direction and form quadratic-axial set of electrodes with rigid mechanical links ensuring their high-precision positioning in radial and azimuthal planes, each electrode being free to move in longitudinal direction. Shape stability of electrodes and type of their connection provide for reliable shaping of electron beam and its transport from anode without noticeable energy loss across electrodes in transit-time channels. Ribbon-type cathodes may be spaced apart as well as from forming electrode and from flanged bushing by heat insulation in the form of shield secured on multiple-beam cathode bushing. Lamp may be connected to electrical- discharge magnetic pump. Shield may bear unsprayed getters. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of lamp. 4 cl, 2 dwg
