FIELD: medicine, cardiovascular surgery. SUBSTANCE: in donor patient aged 50, not older, a donor organ should be taken to sample its tissue and blood for inoculation testing and availability of infectious diseases. Simultaneously, a valve is prepared out of donor's organ with linear fragments of ascending aorta and pulmonary artery, then one should place homograft obtained into container of 2000-3000 ml volume with solution of nutritive medium and concentration of antibiotics in dosages being close to therapeutic ones. Then it is necessary to carry out oxygenation of solution and homograft, container is directed for storage at 4 C to be kept during 1 mo till the moment of application. The method provides higher reliability and duration of homograft's application due to its improved viability. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 ex, 1 tbl
