FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has hollow casing with pipe for supplying cooling liquid. Electrode having insulation envelope connected to radiofrequency is available in the device casing cavity. The electrode is axially movably mounted in the casing cavity. The distal end of the electrode is curved and has removable working end piece. Silicon tube canal for supplying cooling liquid is coaxial with respect to the electrode. Unit for fixing axial position of the electrode is mounted on external surface of the casing. The fixing unit has carriage with inclined groove having movable clamped disk engageable with external surface of the canal. EFFECT: high accuracy in controlling end piece operation; increased depth and volume of ablation action upon myocardial tissues. 4 cl, 1 dwg
