FIELD: metallurgy, namely manufacture of continuous deformed hollow billets from disintegrated metal and melt metal. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of simultaneously pouring into center of mold disintegrated metal similar to cast metal in quantity 40-60 mas.% and reducing metal mixture on walls with inclined upper parts and on central core. Apparatus for performing the method includes vessel for disintegrated metal having batching device in the form of auger and arranged in mean zone of casting vessel. Width "A" of vessel with disintegrated metal and spacing between two windows on platform ≪A1≫ are related by expression A/A1 = 1,3-1,5.. Cone shaped hood is mounted over central core.
