FIELD: metallurgy, namely manufacture of continuous deformed billets with use of disintegrated materials. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of feeding disintegrated material, melt metal and metallic bands to mold having pair of vertical walls mounted with possibility of reciprocation motion and pair of walls having in upper part widened portion and mounted with possibility of rotation; guiding two metallic bands, before pouring disintegrated material, into mold and jointing. Bulk density of disintegrated material ρ = (0,75-0,85)•ρ1, where ρ1 - density of remelt material. Disintegrated material is poured between two rows of jets of liquid metal sprayed to mold. Vessel with disintegrated material is arranged in mean part of heated casting vessel. Thickness "a1" of bands is related with thickness "a" of billet by relation a1 = (0,05-0,08)•a. Width "A1" of vessel with disintegrated material and distance "A" between rows of openings for jets are related according to expression A1 = (0,6-0,8)•A.. EFFECT: economy of fuel and energy resources for processing and for rational recovery of production waste, possibility for making continuous billets with arbitrary shape and thickness, enhanced operational reliability of apparatus. 3 cl, 2 dwg
