FIELD: railway and truck tank filling facilities. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for filling light oil products and black oils into railway tanks and tank trucks. Mechanism for horizontal displacement of drain branch pipe has system of hinge-connected members and carriage installed for displacement along horizontal guide. Second and third members of pipeline have summary length exceeding distance between hinge joint connecting first member with second member and hinge joint connecting third member with fourth member installed on carriage. It is connected by hinge joints and members with drain branch pipe. Members forming drain branch pipe vertical displacement mechanism are of equal length and are interconnected by turning synchronizer. Device provides loading of oil products into tanks whose neck passage area is limited owing to the fact drain branch pipe can be displaced in horizontal plane through required value and possibility of strictly vertical displacement of drain branch pipe being driven into tank and brought out of tank.
