FIELD: railway and road transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for filling tanks of rail and road vehicles with light oil products and residual oils. Proposed device contains pipeline formed by hinge-connected links forming mechanism for horizontal displacement of drain branch pipe and containing second and third links connected with fourth link mounted on carriage installed for displacement along horizontal guide and connected with drain branch pipe by means of fifth and sixth links forming vertical displacement mechanism of drain branch pipe and interconnected by synchronizer of turning. Hinge joints connecting first link with second link, second link with third link and third link with fourth link are provided with axle of turning in vertical plane square to guide, and turning synchronizer of fifth and sixth links has gear ratio 1:2.
EFFECT: increased range of horizontal displacement of drain branch pipe without increasing height of device.
