FIELD: organic chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to derivatives of pyrrolidine of the formula (I): where R1 means H, C1-C6-alkyl, phenyl that can be substituted, biphenyl that can be substituted, 1H, 5H-pyrido[3,2,1-ij] quinolyl, optionally substituted phenyl-C1-C6-alkyl, optionally substituted biphenyl-C1-C6-alkyl, biphenylcarbonyl, terphenyl, optionally substituted naphthyl; Z means S-, -O-, where R16 means H, C1-C6-alkyl, C3-C8-cycloalkyl-C1-C6-alkyl, phenyl-C1-C6-alkyl, chemical bond; X1 means -CO-, where R17 means H, C1-C6-alkyl (where r = 0 or 1); (where R18 means H; s = 1-3), -COCH=CH- (where R19 means H); (where R20 means H, C1-C6-alkyl, C1-C6-alkylcarbonyl, phenylcarbonyl), C1-C5-alkylene, C2-C4-alkenylene, chemical bond; X2 means phenylene optionally substituted with hydroxy-group, thiophendiyl, furandiyl, piperidindiyl, , chemical bond; X3 means C1-C5-alkylene, C2-C4/ -alkenylene, chemical bond; A means oxygen atom; B and E each means independently -O- or -S-; D means H; V1 means -CO-; Y2 means substitute of the formula: or where R2 and R3 each means H; R4 means phenyl possibly substituted with halogen atom; R5 means possibly substituted phenyl; cycle G means phenyl, C3-C7-cyclo- -alkyl, pyridyl, thienyl; cycle J means phenyl; cycle L means phenyl; p = 0-2; ----- means the presence or absence of chemical bond; means cis- or trans-configuration D relatively to E under condition that X1 means CH2NHCO-; X2 means 1,4-phenylene and X3 means chemical bond or C1-C5-alkylene when carbon atom bound CD and adjacent with it carbon in cycle are bound by a single bond and V1 does not mean chemical bond when X1 means -CH2O-. Invention relates also to pharmaceutically acceptable salt or hydrate of compound. Compounds of the formula (I) inhibit activity of phospholipase A2 and can be used as active component in pharmaceutical composition. EFFECT: valuable biochemical properties of compounds. 16 cl, 38 tbl
