SUBSTANCE: vodka "Baltika Spetsialnaya" (Baltika Special) contains the following ingredients, kg/1000 dal of final product: glycerine, 0.3; food xylitol, 0.1; vanillin, 0.001; ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" and corrected potable water, the balance, up to 40-% strength. Expressing synergism, vodka provides not strengthening of odor of each ingredient, but vice versa, suppresses vanillin odor and gives it pleasant, mild taste and vodka aroma typical for high-quality vodkas.
