FIELD: railway transport. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and repair of tracks, namely for devices designed for making spike holes in ties when assembling track skeletons. Proposed device comprises stamps with hollow punches provided with sharp edges and fitted in holes of guide plates furnished with clamping mechanism. Stamps are installed on frame provided with support members. Guide plates are furnished with guide rods and pushing plates and are connected to form rigid frames. Punches re secured in holders installed for movement of guide rods which are mounted for movement relative to frame in holes of its support members. Pushing plates are connected with holders and with support members of frame by means of corresponding drive cylinders. Hollow punches are made with through passages to let out wood waste, and holders are furnished with containers for accumulating wood waste. Proposed device is suitable for making quality spoke holes in ties by deep stamping, and it excludes contamination of working zone with wood waste.
