FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: intention relates to fuel devices of internal combustion engines. Proposed normally open normally open valve comprises guide for needle with cylindrical bore and conical seat. Needle is spring-loaded from bottom and armature of electromagnet is spring-loaded from top. They form common kinematic circuit in combination with spring-loaded precision fuel pressure force compensator placed in between. Fuel is fed under pressure to space under needle which is connected by channel with space above needle. Pocket located below needle guide seat is connected by channels with drain space accommodating electromagnet. Invention makes it possible to simplified design and enhanced reliability of device, facilitate process of engine control and enlarged possibility of regulation of fuel delivery by nozzle.
