FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal; combustion engines.
SUBSTANCE: proposed electromagnetic valve has body with press-fitted guide bushing accommodating lock with head, stop, electromagnet with armature, coil and yoke, opening spring and drain space and overplunger space of high-pressure fuel to nozzle. Armature of electromagnet is rigidly coupled with shank of lock. Opening spring acts onto armature providing normally open position of lock. Drain space from which fuel is directed into drain channel, when lock is open, is hydraulically coupled with high pressure fuel supply channel. Electromagnetic valve contains additional closing spring arranged from side of stop and mechanically coupled with lock head. Precompression force of said spring is less than that of opening spring, being sufficient to provide reliable closing of freely moving lock. End face of lock shank is spherical. Armature is provided with pusher on one of its end faces. Said centrally located pusher is freely mated with shank of lock. On opposite end face cylindrical centering rod is provided and concentrically made thrust flange mated with end face of yoke. Yoke has central hole used as guide for centering rod of armature. Drain space communicates with drain channel through system of channels made in form of longitudinal slots on cylindrical inner surface of valve body for guide bushing and outer surface of yoke. Fuel passing along said channels washes the coil. Slots on yoke are provided with radial holes communicating with drain channel.
