SUBSTANCE: wad-container for shotgun cartridges has cylindrical body divided by lateral diaphragm into container and obturator fitted with spread bottom, thrust guiding member coupled to lateral diaphragm and skirt with longitudinal grooves for dynamic reduction uniformly arranged in its internal surface. Characteristic feature of invention consists in manufacture of spread bottom in the form of segments attached to internal surface of skirt, between grooves for dynamic reduction, thrust guiding member comes in the form of rod mounted coaxially with clearance with reference to rod of ring stop with conical outer surface which carries fixing protrusion. Ring stop has longitudinal cuts. Obturator is equipped with additional powder gasket divided into segments attached to internal surface of skirt, between grooves for dynamic reduction. Spread bottom of obturator is situated between lateral diaphragm and powder gasket. Segments of spread bottom have circular depressions in points of their attachment to skirt, on side of lateral diaphragm and skirt has circular depressions in external surface in points its matching with lateral diaphragm.
