FIELD: automatic control. SUBSTANCE: in correspondence with proposed method coming signals are converted by their departure from standard limits to irregular pulse trains. Rate of pulse repetition is measured in each pulse train, they are compared and object which pulse train has extreme value of rate is controlled. If rates are equal then object having maximum priority specified in advance is controlled. Rates of those pulse trains which objects were not controlled yet are measured in following time intervals and compared. Static model of objects is formed by collected data.
