FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: given gear can be utilized to ensure required thermal conditions of radio electronic hardware, electron boards, in particular. Technical result of invention consists in increased efficiency of cooling of electron boards due to elimination of heat transfers creating additional thermal resistance between electron board and junctions of cascade thermoelectric battery. Cascade thermoelectric battery is made of thermal elements with branches of different height, branches of maximum height are brought into thermal contact with electron board with heat release elements by heat absorbing junctions. Additional thermoelectric batteries are positioned on heat absorbing junctions of thermal elements on branches of lesser height. Gear is so arranged that heat absorbing junctions of thermal elements of base cascade with maximum height of branches are at one level with heat absorbing junctions of terminal cascades of additional thermoelectric batteries.
