FIELD: electronic engineering; controlling temperature of radio equipment dissipating high power in their operation.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device that uses working material whose melting point is same as control temperature of electronic equipment component has thermoelectric battery incorporating low-current circuits disposed in center and high-current circuits, at edges whose heat-releasing junctions are located at same level and abut against heat-exchanger; heat-absorbing junctions are disposed at two levels. Depression is formed in center of thermoelectric battery to receive thin-walled metal bowl filled with working material whose melting point is same as control temperature of radio equipment component. Radio equipment component is placed in chamber disposed on support in thin-walled metal bowl and held in direct heat contact with working material. Thin-walled metal bowl also accommodates two temperature sensors electrically connected to input of control device whose output is electrically connected to thermoelectric battery. Control device is so connected to thermoelectric battery that high- and low-current circuits of the latter can be connected or disconnected in series. Heat insulation is provided to minimize impact of ambient temperature fluctuations.
EFFECT: enhanced precision of radio equipment temperature control.
