SUBSTANCE: sweet center contains sugar powder, dry milk, cacao butter, butter, red color, vanillin; engrossing syrup contains sugar powder, dry milk, cacao butter, butter, alcohol; and dusting contains coconut chips. Ingredients are used in determined quantities. The product possesses original taste combining taste of milk cream added by taste of cocoa with milk and coconut, aromatized by vanillin. The product also has pleasant appearance due to its coloring combining mixture of red color with color of cocoa with milk reminding pink coloring with fairy-tale tints. Said taste and coloring are due to synergism of ingredients including in composition of sweets. EFFECT: reduced caloricity of final product. 1 tbl
