Invention relates to the proposed solid medicinal agent presenting tablet comprising core based on 2-(9-oxo-9,10- dihydroacridin-10-yl)-acetate sodium as active substance, binding additions, filling agents and acid-resistant protective cover. Tablet core is formed from micronized granules or pellets of size 30 mcm, not above, with residual moisture 3-4% that are obtained preliminary by spraying drying method of mixture of active substance, polysaccharide, in part, polyglucine and purified water. Tablet core comprises 0.125-0.215 g of active substance.. In the process of preparing core from micronized pellets polyvinyl-pyrrolidone, sodium chloride and talc are used as binding and filling agents. In the process of preparing core based on micronized granules polyvinylpyrrolidone, lactose, starch and calcium stearate are used as binding and filling agents. Protective acid-resistant cover is prepared on the basis of polymethylacrylate and accessory substances. Invention provides stability of the solid medicinal form.
