SUBSTANCE: invention relates to solid medicinal formulations of preparation eliciting bacteriostatic effect and can be used in different infections being first of all in respiratory, urogenital, infections of skin and soft tissues. The core of medicinal formulation comprises the following components: roxithromycin, hydroxypropylcellulose, lactose, potato starch and calcium stearate; envelope comprises the following components: one component taken among the group including hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose and water-soluble methylcellulose, Tween-80 and titanium dioxide. Also, invention discloses a method for preparing this medicinal formulation. Invention provides preparing the medicinal formulation eliciting the improved pharmacokinetic and microbiological indices.
