FIELD: polymer materials. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fragmented spandex-type urea-polyurethane elastomers elongated by diamines and, in particular, provides improved spandex- type elastomers prepared by reaction in solution of polar aprotic solvent between (i) isocyanate-containing prepolymer prepared by reaction stoichiometric excess of one or several di- or polyisocyanates with polyol component, and (ii) diamine chain elongator containing at least one diamine selected from aliphatic and cycloaliphatic diamines; said polyol component containing between 100 and 5 equ % glycol component and between 0 and 95 equ % one or several polytetramethylene glycols, and said glycol component containing at least one ultralow-unsaturation (average value below 0.010 mequ/g) polyoxypropylenediol with molecular weight higher than 1500 Da, optionally in mixture with lowmolecular diol having molecular weight below 750 D, and above-mentioned glycol component having average molecular weight 1000 to 10000 Da, on condition that, if glycol component does not contain indicated low-molecular diol, molecular weight of indicated glycol component is superior to 2000 Da and its unsaturation does not excess 0.010 mequ/g and essentially contains one or several ultralow-unsaturation (below 0.010 mequ/g) polyoxypropylenediol with molecular weight 2500 to 20000 Da. EFFECT: improved physicochemical characteristics. 13 cl, 5 dwg, 18 tbl, 19 ex
