SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the hydraulic pump piston seal formation method, and also to the hydraulic pump including piston seal. Method comprises formation of the reaction mixture containing prepolymer component, polyol additive, diol component and curing agent, sealing element formation using the reaction mixture and the mold; and sealing element curing with the hydraulic pump piston seal formation. Prepolymer component comprises polycarbonate-isocyanate prepolymer, which is the reaction product of at least isocyanate component and polycarbonate polyol component. Prepolymer component amount is from 55 to 90 wt% relative to the reaction mixture total weight. Polyol additive contains polycarbonate polyol and is present in an amount of from 5 to 40 wt%. Diol component amount is from 5 to 20 wt%. Curing agent comprises diamine-containing curing agent and is present in amount of from 0.01 to 20 wt%.
EFFECT: produced piston seals provide wear resistance, as well as resistance to high temperatures in the hydraulic pump.
