SUBSTANCE: method involves treating basic dried seeds with disinfecting solution; rinsing treated seeds in water; incubating rinsed seeds in water; incubating resultant swelled seeds to germination stage; providing additional treatment of sprouts with disinfecting solution; storing produced food sprouts in refrigerator. Disinfecting solution is 0.0001-0.005% aqueous solution of potassium permanganate. EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved quality of obtained product. 2 ex
