FIELD: medicine, functional diagnostics. SUBSTANCE: patient's arterial pressure is measured at superior and inferior limbs at back lying position and patient's head being 30 deg lifted. Legs are in horizontal position. It is necessary to measure average dynamic arterial pressure at all limbs. At its values at all four limbs being either below 79.5 mm mercury column or above 115.5 mm mercury column it is possible to predict lethal result. The method gives the opportunity to predict lethal result in patients of any profile and during sorting patients at their massive entering the hospital. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 ex, 2 tbl
