FIELD: medicine, curative physical culture. SUBSTANCE: immediately after operation a patient should be put into back lying position with patient's head at the angle of 30 deg lifted. Legs are lifted at the angle of 20 deg against horizontal level. Line which forms such an angle with horizontal line must cross the greater trochanter of thigh bone and the middle of heel bone. In such a position patient should be for 15 min. Then horizontal position should be taken. Procedure is repeated every 3 h. The present method gives the opportunity to prevent postoperative complications and requires no additional equipment. EFFECT: higher efficiency of correction. 1 ex, 2 tbl
