FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with biotechnology of cloning in mammalians. The method deals with dissecting transparent membrane, removing nuclear material with one and the same enucleation micropipette tangentially directed towards the cell by tightening transparent membrane till touching with external surface of sucking pipette and development of a fold which should be resected by alternating motion of sloped part of enucleation micropipette's tip. The method is very simple and enables to accelerate the process of micromanipulation, provides high safety of operated cells, it is practically atraumatic and enables to carry out enucleation and reconstruction of recipient cells at high efficiency level.
