FIELD: chemistry; biochemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and is meant for reconstructing cells for purposes of cloning animals, creating transgenic animals and genuine animal and human embryonic stems cells. The device has needle-like microelectrodes mounted on micromanipulators. Each microelectrode is put inside a sucking micropipette connected to a pressure changing device. This enables movement and orientation of the cytoplast-karyoplast complex in space due to the effect of positive or negative pressure created in the micropipettes. The cytoplast-karyoplast complex directed relative electric lines of force is attached to sucking micropipettes.

EFFECT: invention increases efficiency of the process of electrofusion of karyoplasts and cytoplasts.
