where R4 means H or CH3; R5 means CHR, benzyl or ortho- or para-substituted benzyl; R means H, CH3, CH2-CH3, CH2-CH2-CH3 or CH(CH3)2; R1 means phosphoric acid residue, phosphoric acid salt or group -S-S-R'' where R'' means CH2CH2, NHR6, CH2CH2OH, CH2COOR7, ortho- or para-substituted C1-C3-alkylphenyl or ortho- or para- -substituted nitrophenyl; R6 means C1-C4-acyl group, trifluoroacetyl group, benzoyl or substituted benzoyl group; R7 means H, C1-C4-alkyl, phenyl, substituted phenyl, benzyl or substituted benzyl.
