FIELD: organic chemistry, medicine, urology, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to derivatives of 1-(N-phenylaminoalkyl)-piperazine of the formula (I) 
where R is H, alkyl-CO, cycloalkyl-CO, substituted cycloalkyl-CO or monocyclic heteroaryl-CO; R1 is H or lower alkyl; R2 is halogen atom, alkoxy-group, phenoxy-group, NO2, CN, acyl, NH2, NH (acyl), alkyl-SO2NH, alkoxycarbonyl, NH2CO, (alkyl)-NHCO, (alkyl)2-NCO, CF3 or polyfluoroalkoxy-group; B is benzyl or mono- or bicyclic aryl or heteroaryl being all of that are substituted optionally. Compounds are active with respect to 5-HT1A-receptors and useful for treatment of nervomuscular dysfunctions of lower urinary ways.
