FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out subcapital osteotomy of the femur neck after performing arthrotomy. The greater trochanter is cut off as single block with the upper region of the femur neck. Osteotomy of the rest portion of the femur neck is carried out along the boundary separating the intertrochanteric region. The head and intercepted part of the neck are removed and endoprosthesis is set. EFFECT: prevented lower extremity shortening in cases of removing the endoprosthesis. 3 dwg
