FIELD: cleaning flue gases after burning domestic and industrial wastes. SUBSTANCE: proposed plant includes heat exchanger, chamber for cleaning material from solid fraction which is connected with scrubber through smoke exhauster; arranged in its upper part are injectors for sprinkling the gas, filtering unit and smoke exhauster connected with exhaust pipe; besides that, plant is provided with flue gas sprayer made in form of tube bent upward brought into scrubber out of smoke exhauster; bottom of said scrubber is made in form of drain branch pipe ; smoke chamber is provided with drain funnel inserted in its bottom; plant is provided with liquid sludge receiver provided with inclined bottom; said receiver embraces drain branch pipe of scrubber inserted in it and tail portion of funnel; heat exchanger is made in form of gas tubs washed with water; mounted in section of sprayer before scrubber inlet is absorbent feed unit; bent section of sprayer is provided with perforations; scrubber is provided with jacket for preheating its inner wall and hot and cold water mixer equipped with temperature and water flow rate regulators; mounted in upper part of scrubber is gas discharge line made in form of branch pipe narrowing downward and entering the smoke chamber; exhaust pipe mounted on smoke chamber is connected via nozzles and circular tuyere with atmospheric air delivery fan forming smoke exhauster; filtering unit is made in form of taper flexible filter located in smoke chamber and secured on drain funnel by its wide portion and on outer surface of gas line branch by its narrow portion; scrubber drain branch pipe and tail portion of funnel introduced in liquid sludge receiver to required depth form liquid lock.
