SUBSTANCE: invention describes derivatives of amino-benzophenone of the general formula (I) where R1 and R2 mean independently one or some similar or different substituted taken among group including hydrogen, halogen atom, hydroxy-group, trifluoro-methyl group, amino-group, alkyl, alkenyl, alkoxy-group, alkenyloxy-group, alkylthio-group, alkylamino-group where carbon atoms number can be from 1 to 5, cyano-group, phenyl, phenylalkoxy-group; R3 means hydrogen, halogen atom , hydroxy-group, trifluoromethyl group, alkyl where carbon atoms content can be from 1 to 5, cyano-group, carboxy-group; R4, R5, R6 mean independently hydrogen atom, alkyl, formyl, carbamoyl, alkoxycarbonyl, alkylsulfonyl, phenylsulfonyl, alkylphenyl-sulfonyl, alkylcarbonyl, alkoxycarbonylalkyl, trifluoromethylcarbonyl where carbon atoms number can be from 1 to 5; X means oxygen atom, N-OH, N-O-alkyl where carbon atoms content can be from 1 to 5, and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts of nontoxic acids; and also method of their synthesis, pharmaceutical preparation, method of treatment and prophylaxis of skin inflammatory diseases. Invention provides the use of preparations based on aminobenzophenone for treatment and prophylaxis if skin inflammatory diseases, for example, psoriasis and allergic dermatitis.
