SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new aminobenzophenones of the general formula (I):

wherein R1 and R3 mean one or some similar or different substituents taken among the group consisting of halogen atom, (C1-C3)-alkyl, (C1-C3)-alkoxy-group under condition that if R1 means one substituent then it is at ortho-position but if R1 means some substituents then at least one substituent R1 is at ortho-position; R2 means one substituent at ortho-position being this substituent is taken among the group consisting of halogen atom, (C1-C3)-alkoxy-group; R3 can means hydrogen atom additionally; R4 means hydrogen atom; X means oxygen atom; Q means -(CO)- or a bond; Y means (C5-C15)-alkyl, (C2-C15)-olefin group being any of indicated groups can be optionally substituted with one or some similar or different substituents taken among the group taken among the group consisting of substituents of the formula R5 determined below, with exception, that when Q means a bond then Y means (C6-C15)-alkyl or (C5-C15)-alkyl substituted with groups R5; (C1-C4)-alkyl substituted with one or some substituents taken among the group R5; or the group of the formula -(Z-O)n-Z wherein Z represents (C1-C3)-alkyl; n is a whole number > 1 being amount of atoms in continuous linear sequence of atoms in group Y doesn't exceed 15; R5 means halogen atom, hydroxy-group, amino-group, (C1-C6)-alkylamino-group, (C1-C3)-alkoxycarbonyl, -COOH, -CONHR' or -COONR'R' wherein R' means (C1-C3)-alkyl, or its pharmaceutical acceptable salt. Invention relates also to a pharmaceutical composition for inhibition of secretion of interleukin-1β and α-factor of tumor necrosis (TNF-α). Invention provides preparing new compounds and pharmaceutical composition based on thereof in aims for their applying in medicinal and veterinary therapeutic practice.

EFFECT: valuable medicinal properties of compounds and pharmaceutical composition.
