FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has ring-shaped body with collar and two cusps. Each cusp has ascending, descending and lateral joining surface. Two thickenings having thrusting surfaces are available on the descending surface. The cusps are connected to the ring-shaped body by means of rotation means comprising two protrusions engaged with supporting and setting surfaces and two grooves disposed on opposite sides of lateral surface of each cusp and having the supporting and setting surfaces engageable with the corresponding protrusion surfaces. Each protrusion has a member having radial and internal surfaces. Each protrusion member on the device body is between rest surfaces of thickenings engageable with the corresponding cusp surfaces. Thickenings disposed on opposite sides of each cusp are far from plane passing through joint surface by a distance equal to half distance between rest surfaces of members on body protrusions.
