Liquid medium is heated together with a fixed non-consumable substance appropriate to convert electromagnetic field energy into heat, which is presented in the form of granules or monolithic material having internal conduits to pass evaporated medium. This substance can be shaped as sphere or parallelepiped from mixture of following oxides, wt.%: Cr2O3, 48.50; Fe2O3, 24.85; ZnO, 26.00; SiO2, 0.5; Co2O3, 0.15. Evaporator has working chamber, lightguides for supplying electromagnetic emission, and said granulated material disposed in the working chamber.
