SHF ELECTROMAGNETIC DRIER OF PASTY AND LOOSE MATERIALS Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: chemical and petrochemical industries, processes of drying of dispersive systems in pasty state and loose materials. SUBSTANCE: SHF drier includes generator of electromagnetic radiation of SHF range, working chamber-resonator, belt conveyer, unit of material loading and unloading. Drier is equipped with facility that intensifies process of material drying coming in the form of two cylindrical barrels with conical ends which surfaces are formed by blades of L-shaped cross- section, shafts transmitting torque being attached to each end of barrel. Intensifying facility is so located in working chamber that blades of barrels in lower position touch surface of belt of conveyer and rotation axis is positioned in horizontal plane at angle from 0 to 90 degrees with direction of motion of belt of conveyer. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of drying process, provision for uniform heating of treated material and improved quality of product. 3 dwg
