FIELD: grinding of flat surfaces, namely manufacture of abrasive tools for double-side grinding of thin-wall blanks in automobile and bearing making industry branches. SUBSTANCE: semiclosed recesses are provided on working end surface of disc; their lateral surfaces are formed by two planes normal relative to end of disc body. Closed part of recess is joined with lateral surfaces along circle. Bottom of recess is coincided with plane passing tangentially relative to inner turning of disc body. Inlet of recesses is arranged at side turned to center of circle. Such design increases volume of cutting fluid in cutting zone and allows to perform automatic adjustment for compensating disc wear due to possibility of continuous contact of pickup with working end surface of disc in zone having no recesses.
