SUBSTANCE: vodka promises the following components per 1000 dal of ready product: rosewort dry extract "Relikt", 0.02-0.03 kg; sodium hydrocarbonate, 0.2-0.3 kg; complex food supplement "Bonavit", 2.3-2.7 kg; 65.8% sugar syrup, 22.8-23.2 l; barley brewing malt aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the first blend, 6.8-7.2 l, and rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified drinking water, the balance, to provide the strength 40%. Invention provides to the ready product higher organoleptic indices and lower toxicity. According to record of the Central tasting commission the tasting score of vodka is 9.68. Toxicity of vodka is reduced by 30%. Used components and their quantitative content provides preparing vodka representing colorless clear liquid without foreign inclusions, showing very mild harmonic taste, specific vodka aroma typical for vodka prepared from bread raw and barely detected kiwi after taste.
