FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for prestarting heating of internal combustion engines and it can be used in transport. Said engine starting preheater system contains engine cooling and lubricating system elements, heat accumulator connected with engine cooling jacket, hydraulic heat accumulator installed close to engine and connected with its lubricating system. Inlet and outlet branch pipes of heat accumulator and hydraulic heat accumulator are provided with electromagnetic valves, and system is furnished with control unit connected with said electromagnetic valves. Invention provides decrease of mass and overall dimensions of system, simplified design of system and prevents delay in delivery of head oil into engine lubricating system at starting.
