FIELD: mechanical engineering; pneumatic and hydraulic motors. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device designed for pumping of liquids and gases. Said machine contains housing with working space, intake and outlet ports, drive shaft and two working blades. Each blade is made in form of Archimedean spiral of length not less than 1,4 coils and is installed in working chamber in common space with angular displacement relative to each other through 180o. Blades are installed eccentrically at distance of e≤0,5t-B, where t is coil pitch of Archimedean spiral, and S is thickness of working blade. Blades are made with mechanical intercoupling providing their synchronous angular movement, for instance, by means of common drive shaft. One of working blades is installed for movement, for instance, together with machine housing, and the other is installed on eccentric journal of drive shaft being coupled with machine housing by means of parallelogram mechanism, for instance, by means with eccentricity equal to eccentricity of drive shaft.
