CIRCUIT FOR MAZUT FREE KINDLING OF BOILER Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: boiler kindling in heat power plants. SUBSTANCE: circuit for mazut free kindling of boiler includes source of pulverized fuel; kindling burner of boiler fire box connected with source of pulverized fuel through main and bypass pipelines; igniting device and hot air line connected with kindling burner and with igniting device. Bypass pulverized-fuel pipeline is in the form of annular loop with gate valve. Outlet portion of said loop is introduced to preliminary ignition chamber placed before kindling burner and connected with it. Circuit also includes electric heater arranged inside annular loop and being in the form of inductor. Inlet portion of annular loop through gate valve is connected with main pulverized-fuel pipeline after its elbow bending in front of kindling burner. Igniting device is mounted along axis of outlet portion of annular loop and it is introduced inside preliminary ignition chamber arranged at outlet of main pipeline through said elbow.
