FIELD: firing up boiler from cold state due to autonomous formation of dry dust of firing-up concentration. SUBSTANCE: dust concentrator is connected coaxially relative to burner; it is connected with burners of upper tiers of furnace by means of concentrated mixture branch pipe through bypass dust separator 18 mounted in parallel relative to main separator 20 which connects pulverizing fan 1 with burners 19 of upper tiers of furnace through dust line 30. Dust concentrator 7 is provided with finely-dispersed dust discharge branch pipe 13 which is equipped with swirler 14 having hollow insert 15 and fairing 16 directed to side cover 24 of branch pipe 13 forming passage 25 in it. Fairing 16 is toroidal in shaped and is provided with central passage 22 in which air nozzle 10 is inserted at clearance 23. Firing-up fuel atomizer 25 is arranged in air nozzle 10 and is provided with air tube 27 connected to pulverizing fan 17 through gate valve 28. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 1 dwg
