FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to heat engineering and may be used at heat power plants for boiler kindling. Black oil-free kindling diagram includes source of dust, pilot burner connected with the main source of dust and bypass dust line, ignition device and hot air line linked with pilot burner and ignition device, electric heater represented as inducer consisting of coil and magnetic core covering dust line as annular channel closed along electrical circuit formed by the main and bypass dust lines of similar length. There are inlet and outlet sleeves connected respectively with source of dust and pilot burner of boiler furnace. In addition, annular channel implemented in tore shape covers concentrically magnetic core with coiling, while inlet and outlet sleeves of annular channel are connected to channel`s outer side from the opposite sides and along longitudinal axis. Each sleeve is divided with radial partition along the said axis. Radial partition is linked with internal wall. The proposed technical solution allows for effective and fault-free inflaming of dust for boiler kindling without use of black oil.
EFFECT: effective and fault-free inflammation of dust for boiler kindling without use of black oil.
