FIELD: optics. SUBSTANCE: optical fractional matrix filter incorporates optically clear substrate with filtering screen deposited on it. Filtering screen is deposited in the form of fractional matrix made up of identical modules, each module presenting graphical image of geometrical structure formed by way of multilevel fractionation of base module with n=1, n is number of fractionation levels. Technical result of invention consists in design of wide-range light filter structurally simple, easy in manufacture and efficient is use which ensures structurization of luminous flux from any source in visible range of spectrum and provides for protection of eyesight against hard luminous radiation, for decreased fatiguability and improved recognition of information by user.
