FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has base layer carrying matrix composed of a set of identical elements like hexagons built by inscribing them into a circumference of maximum radius Rmax of fractal structure with fractalization level of M being not less than three. The structure is built in a way that the first fractalization level is composed of 1+N circumferences of radius R0, where N>2 and the centers of N circumferences are equally spaced over the first circumference and circumference of radius 2R0 which center coincides with the first circle center. The first circumference of the second level has radius 2R0. Centers of the first level circumferences are located at the points of its conjugation with the first level circumferences. The resulting structure is enveloped with a circumference of 4R0 radius being the first circumference of the third level module. Centers of the second level circumferences are located at the points of its conjugation with the second level circumferences. The so built structure is enveloped with a circumference of 8R0 radius and so on. The structure is built in this way so that at least one angle of hexagon is located in conjugation point P of Rmax radius circumference to a circumference of Rmax/2 radius. The matrix is built around the central hexagon with straight lines parallelism principle being met for the straight lines passing through the center and the like point P of each hexagon. The fractal structure is built by lines manufactured from material having crystalline lattice.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in exerting influence upon biological objects.
