FIELD: medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has substrate layer bearing a matrix composed of a set of identical squares, each being a part of fractal structure symmetrically arranged relative to the center with fractalization level of M being not less than three. It is formed as follows. The first fractalization level unit is composed of 1+N circles of radius R₀ where N is greater than 2 and the centers of N circles are equidistantly spaced on the first circle circumference and a circle of radius 2R₀ which center coincides with the first circle center. The circle of radius 2R₀ is the first circle of the second level unit and the centers of the first level units are positioned in the points of its conjugation with the first level circles. The resulting structure is enveloped with a circle of radius 4R₀ taken as the first one of the third level unit and the centers of the second level units are positioned in the points of its conjugation with the second level circles. The so built structure is enclosed into a circle of radius 8R₀ and the structure is fractalized in the same manner. The fractal structure is built by lines of material having crystal lattice.

EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in applying treatment to human biologically active points.
